Message	No idea what may have happened at this point, considering the lack of details or a picture. We have someone here that carefully looks over all the chrome parts before they ship. Most everything we sell is in stock and ships the same day but in the event of a problem with one of our suppliers like this anyone is entitled to a full refund at any time.
