Subject	NZR... How hard is to turn an engine by hand?

Message	Tried getting my boat to start this weekend. It was in storage for almost 1 1/2 years. I fogged the engine before storing. Well I went to start and it started for about 15 secs. Then it stalled out. I kept trying then it seemed like the engine froze up. I can hear the starter kick in, but it sounds like it is dead heading. I removed the spark plugs figuring to remove all the compression but still no change. I then started pulling on the belts to see if it would budge. Through a lot of pulling, I could get them to move. opinions. Thought y'all might have enough engine experience to shed some light. The engine is only 4 years old with roughly 100 hours on it.
