Message to increase the structural rigidity of a frame section or unibody cavity. Conversely, I was looking primarily for a sound deadening agent; and the lighter foam was the proper choice for that application.

However, I am independently researching a way to minimize the cowl shake in the Jaguar convertible. In this application, the foam would be injected into the rocker panel and sill cavities; and a stronger denser foam would definitely be the better choice. That's why I wish he would just tell us what he was using... instead of saying, "Oh, it was great stufff". ;-)
