Message	The Uk govenment is letting the regional police forces keep the money they make from stopping speeding motorists. So they have gone on a shopping trip and bought every f***g speed detection device going, a license to print money for them. They can't catch muggers or rapist's but as long as they stop you for going 10 miles over the limit they feel the job is well done.
