Message	you get at Home Depot. The cheap stuff relies on air to activate and expand. If you put too much into a chassis rail, it will not expand into foam, bur rather it remains a sticky goo. Two part epoxy foams contain the properties they need to work properly and can be shot into large empty cavities.
