Message	ticket if you are nice and polite. Sometimes it just doesn't work...other times it has. I'll give it a honest 70/30 split. If you are nice and polite and address them has "Sir or Ma'am", you have a 70% shot of not getting a ticket and maybe just getting off with a verbal or written warning. The other 30% just don't care about what you are about to say or who you are, or what your story is, they have already decided to write you up...just my $0.02. Go Sox!
