Message	testing. I assume you are in that area. We are not. We have seen cars pass Ga emmissions with no cats, EGR, etc, however some do not. I'd recommend getting a hold of a used set of TT main cats, bolting them on and going for it. It's highly unlikely that they will do any type of visual inspection other than lookign for cats, which is also probably not even that likely. Passing should be no problem if things in order.
