Message	to fix it. Mix up a bit ot it, put it in a decent sized syringe and use a plastic flex tube to inject the epoxy between the vinyl and plastic. Use quick epoxy (4-5min) and hold there until epoxy sets. IT will hold up to the heat well and it wont come up ever. : I have a couple of small spots on my dash that are lifting most likely do to heat.
