Rowan already answered most of the questions, but here's my thoughts :) I would do the sway bars and tension rods at the same time (you have to remove the front tension rod bracket when doing the front sway bar). Stillen or Suspension Techniques anti sway bar kit. Some like Stillen, some like ST. Either one *should* be fine. Springs/shocks. You have tons of choices to choose from, like the basic setup for springs/shocks, ie Eibach w/ Tokico/GAB/KYB/Bilstein, etc or an adjustable coilover, like Ground Control w/ any of those listed shocks, or GCs full coilover, or TEINs (my personal favorite!!). With this upgrade you'd probably need the adj. upper control arms in the front to save your tires.
