We are clear that cores are refunded in 30 days of receiving them here, same policy as JWT I think. Not because we just want to hold the money, but because we have to find the time to check in, inspect, sometimes test, and then refund the core charges. We set a day aside every two weeks that Josh does this. With all we have going on it's impractical to assume that we will stop everything everytime a core comes in to test it and handle the refund. However we strive to exceed our published policies that are stated up front as well as on the provided core return forms. Your friend will obviously get his credit with no hassle necessary. In the event there is ever any confusion an e-mail to parts@300zx.com will have things situated with-in 1 buisness day.
