Subject	Windshield replacement - What brand should I use?

Message	So a 1/2 inch crack instantly turned into a 3 foot crack this morning. I've arranged with my insurance company to have it replaced. The glass shop I called today said that he wasn't sure what would be available for our cars and that he'd call me back. He did explain that some brands were to be avoided. I think Safelite might have been one of them. Anyone have experience with this? Things to look out for? Personal preferences?
