| direction in a coil of wire? It's been 15 or 20 years since I had Circuits in college, but I seem to recall the magnetic field is determined by the direction current flows through the inductor. Perhaps the portion of the injector that is affected by the coil is just ferous and not magnetic, so it doesn't care what direction the magnetic field is oriented. If I can wire the injectors so the field is the same as it was originally, I'll do it.
