| Well I have had to start a new thread as I can't post in the other one. Here is the link to my previous thread I started. Got an email from Ash on the 18th November apologizing for the  situation and promising to make good and asking what i wanted. I asked  him for a full refund but by the 30th November he was saying that he did  not have money available to send, but he did have 3 radiators made and  ready to go. He offered to send a radiator out that week and to refund  part of the cost for the troubles that he had caused. I agreed but then by  the 16th December ( after being chased again) he said that one radiator  had shown a small high pressure leak which was being repaired and it  would be sent out 'later today, tomorrow at the latest'....... Since then, no radiator, no replies to my two emails, and no money. I can't believe that he has such little respect for all of his customers that  even when he knows that the 300zx community are aware of his actions  he still continues to behave in this way.
