also remember he broke the law and if you dont turn him in then you yourself might be in trouble. I mean either way its your decision. I personally would assume he didnt have insurance since he did in fact run. Tell him he has a short period of time to settle or else you are making a police report and tell them exactly what happened and he is facing hit and run charges as well as insurance claims. Its your call. Personally, i say the damage is minimal and let the bastard FRY on a hit and run charge for hitting a Z then running. Either way FIX IT YOURSELF.
