If you believe they are not copies then that's your issue. The fact is that AMS came out with their copies shortly after MSP and SpecialtyZ created the originals. When accused, for obvious reasons, AMS never proved otherwise.
Lets say you designed a certain product and obtained an official documented creation date. Then months after have another company produce the exact same part. Who do you think owes an explanation?
