But all-too-often, especially in the Z33 community, someone will call dibs before they even PM me to negotiate price, like somehow that puts them first in line to lowball before talking to their wife about borrowing them money from her grandfather's second wife's sister-in-law. I told the last kid to send me a deposit to be first in line, and that quickly changed his tune. ;)
