Message	live in the south side, you have to worry about winds, hail and the occasinal tornadoe. My area was where the tornado passed in Dallas/F Worth area 2 years ago? 1 year? Anyway it thrashed a couple of neighborhoods. Including mine. But flooding, Dallas is not even close to being as flat as Houston and is not at sea level.
