Message	Tooth and nail; rarely is an insurance experience a good one. As Dee said, I'd try to get some documentation of any kind (other calls about the lights, traffic department records) to prove the lights were malfunctioning. Amazingly, the body looks good (the bumper damage is negligible as far as totaling goes). It will come down to the subframe mounts and their condition. I would absolutely buy it back and fix that.
