Message	The SpeedyZX style hood is great. It is a custom stock hood with a recessed vent that is as wide as the hump on our hood is across. I suggest searching his pictures of his car and having you shop make it like that (if they can work with aluminum). Excellent design and function. By far my favorite looking hood besides a stock one with no vents. Cost~$1000 The DevilZ style hood is eh...I don't like it. It's off teh same concept as the SpeedyZX style hood, but isnot as wide, and to me looks pretty bad. I'd pass if I were you. Cost~$1000 Both of the above hoods will look better than any other vented style hood IMO. The Border is a close 3rd though and also does NOT require hood pins. Cost~$1000 The JUN also looks great, BUT needs hood pins therefor (to me at least) ruining it's looks. Cost = not sure, but I think about $1000 also ALL OTHER HOODS OUT THERE REQUIRE HOOD PINS. Besides the above stock modified hoods, stock, and Border, all the other hoods do not have the second latch on them, and therefor require hood pins. This includes the Escort one...which to me doesn't look that great, BUT does definately function well. Overall, if you have the funds, and they can do it right...get your shop to copy SpeedyZXs style hood. It looks awesome and stock and really works well. If they are a good shop they can copy it from pictures, but that all depends on how good they are. The question of if they can do it and how long it will take is a question that needs to be asked to them, and not us.
