maybe i left some obvious/not so obvious things up to imagination. completely drain all the old fluid. then start filling the reservoir, pumping, refilling: until the reservoir is filled and there are air bubbles in the return lines to the reservoir. this requires no assistance, as you pump the brake pedal, refill the reservoir, and tighten the bleeder valves when finished...requiring no assistance. the only drawback is wasting the fluid that is in the return lines. i work alone 99% of the time as well.
