Message	He does right by someone, he gets scolded. He does wrong by someone, he gets scolded. If you viewed it as poor behavior before, and this time doing the right thing by a customer, as he should, then it's positive regardless. You can't possibly say that him going against a customer's wishes would be the right thing in this situation. It's been brought up before about the morality of posting a customer's info without his or her consent. Cheers, JBrobst
