Message	Usually you start off great and are extra careful to satisfy every customer to the fullest, then things get sloppy, you become lazy and hire other people who don't have the drive you originally started with and things like this happen...But it has become apparent that your business is already in this state, it can only get worse. Unless you take a good hard look at things and make a true turn-around, I don't see this trend ending.
