Message	when you SAY it will be overnighted. I for one am glad you have removed any promise of timely shipping. Making a joke by saying "customers" expect to have it "yesterday" implies you are shipping in a timely fashion, when it seems many people feel you are not, with evidence. 1) communication 2) more employees ********
