| a few things from him as well as a few other local folks (although it is mostly ECU upgrades) and I've never waited too long. The average has been around 2-3 weeks at the most. I've always been willing to wait for the end product that comes out of it. I realize Ash is a busy guy and like to constantly do R&D which does not leave a lot of time for handling the day to days. Which is why I always send in spare cores. I can understand how someone who has their car down for that amount of time can get upset over every passing day, instead of sending in a spare core. I am not offering up a defense for the man but I have to throw in my experiences over the past few years. I have never purchased anything other than ECU's, so I can't really comment on everything else. I would think as a business owner, he would take steps toward coming up with a remedy for this eventually. Perhaps a business plan even. I think that would probably be the most helpful for him and his time could be better spent on R&D which Mr. Powers obviously excels at. A seperation of R&D and day to day duties might just be the thing he needs. But that is just my experiences and my input. Best of luck to him for turning the biz around.
