The problem is that it's not shipped out as advertised. To me, your choice of words suggest that you have not changed. The issue isn't shipping ahead of schedule, it's turnaround times and communication. I hope that you do improve because I wish you no ill will and you do make new products for an old car. But you need to speak with actions not posts, especially since your writing is so bad. Watch your double speak: "If you do find it in yourself to reconsider, I need you to understand that at this point I am not going to pay out any money. However, I am willing to turn a blind eye to your tactics for sake of trying to find a better solution that we can both be happier with. It doesn’t have to be this way and we will both stand to benefit if we can work this out." La-Z-Link When you get what you want by denying someone else, that's not working it out. They want money and you make it clear you aren't going to pay any comp. So just say so instead of being passive aggressive.
