I don't think the real problem is time issues. It's not replying to customer's emails and phone calls while they are waiting for the product to arrive. A search here and on 3ZC produced the following number of complaints over the last 2 years. (based on customer service): 1( AshSpec - 14 2) Z1 -13 3) Ultimate Z - 6 4) Concept Z - 2 5) JWT - 1 6) Specialty Z - 0 7) SPL - 0 8) PowerTrix - 0 9) Z Tuner - 0 10) Courtesy Nissan - 0 So you have more complaints than PowerTRix, JWT, SPL, Concept Z, Courtesy Nissan, Ultimate Z, JWT, and Z Tuner combined.
