been know for putting in my 2cents and being honest about it. Too many people are complaining about the loss of communication. I have purchased several items from you and Glad to have received all of them. However I did have to wait 6+ months for the IC piping to be completed and shipped as well as many others without refunds of any kind. The custom parts you provide are high quality and i have been happy with all my purchases and have remained extremely patient. ONLY because you continued to keep me informed and communicate with me. But if that had halted and i could not find out what was going on with my purchase i can only imagine how I would feel as well as everyone else who has this as a complaint. Needless to say in the future my purchases will be upfront and not a order/pay first. You finish my parts i show up in edgewater with cash in hand and everyone is happy. :) Either way i wouldn't mind a nice discount on a tune when you run your dyno day as a thanks for being a great customer. :) Just don't make a promise to anyone if you don't intend to keep it. Either way i hope you figure it all out and make everyone happy since you are very skilled. But i do agree 100% with SPONGERIDER and would much rather hear a post about.. how your CS has improved instead of having you pop up on the forum with yet another explanation.
