The problem you're running into is that even though you're trying to make things right (so you say), each time someone is left hanging again it resets the clock of perception. You have to go out of your way and practically be perfect to fix it. It's a damn hard hole to climb out of and I watched what I thought was a close personal friend, whose business I helped launch, try and fail. It started with slow orders and responses and escalated from there. You can't blame people for seeing the exact same thing happening here and worrying about it. Here's how he ended up.
