Message	This is what good customer service should look like. It should not be closely associated with posts that portray receiving a product 13 days after it was promised as an act of devine intervention. I like Ash, and the work he does for the Z community, but I would only buy from him if I could purchase his products from a reputable vendor to avoid the shipping/receiving nightmares so often read about here on TT.Net...
