Still almost 7x house one and more than double house two. Texas summers are too much for me. I can't stand the heat. Where I live I could surf and snowboard in the same day if I wanted to. Rarely is it in the 90's here and hardly ever will it drop below 45 on the coldest winter nights. On the beach tucked in between the mountains and the islands. The only problem are these fucking forest fires.....I'll take them over tornadoes though. Your house here depending on #bdrm's and the area would be close to 3k just to rent. Typing that last sentence made me want to move but once you've been here it's hard to leave.
