Message	I can buy 2 or 3 in Phoenix area. And these are newer homes under 12 years old in Arizona. My two homes in today's market are worth $600K combine. My brother's house in Northridge CA was on the market for $700K for 2000 sq. foot home. He couldn't sell it.
