Message	Lawyers only charge what you agree to pay. I didn't pay as much as I would have lost, all the lawyer had to do was send some emails. Just make sure you are very clear ahead of time what the lawyer will charge and for what. If I would have gone to court it would have been $$. But for the lawyer to send a few emails didn't cost much at all....it was definitely cheaper than what I paid for the 'upgraded' transmission.
