Message	it's more reasonable than the hourly rate, sometimes not. If you're lawyer is also a friend, it's even more cost effective. Maybe if more people got a lawyer, Ash wouldn't take advanage of so many. Spend, it's good for the economy anyway right? I agree with others comment's, it's the customer's fault on a basic level for purchasing from a crappy vendor, now matter how good the product is.
