I mean, I get that you were lucky in the sense that you didn't really get screwed, but it's working out pretty poorly for you. You seem to lack to ability to discern between the "exception" and the "rule." You were the exception, Alan, but because of your inability to allow that just because you weren't a victim of AshSpec, that others can't possibly be victims either, you're doing a significant disservice to your reputability here. So, perhaps you were lucky in the sense that you didn't receive poor customer service. You are the victim however of exceptional tunnel-vision, and the inability to distinguish between anecdotal personal evidence, and the larger sample size of the whole community.
