| My CNC shop is engraving two plates to add to the molds for my company logo - should have those in a week or so. :) I'll have to look into this roto-molding you are talking about. As it stands, I can cast a full set of endtanks in about 20 minutes and with the new mold coating I am getting about a 90% yield from the parts. One in about every ten pieces cast have some flaw or another - too much turbulence or some piece of dross in the casting is the most common flaw. The molds must be preheated to a certain temp and the metal must be a certain temp as well else several different problems can occur depending. It has been quite the challenge to make the tooling and get the process down pat but turning them out now is going smoothly. :) Sorry to hear about your father - my condolences..
