Message	funny he will attempt to sue and yet he cant afford insurance. Make him pay a lawyer, chances are if he doesnt pay for insurance then he cant afford legal help or is risking a lot doing so financially. If they offered to medical and he refuses that sounds weird, maybe they didnt offer to pay all of the bills or something I dunno. I got hit ou in cali and my father in law needed medical help, they called with a lawyer and said they would offer us $500 which would cover his medical bills and we refused that offer also. Its still in the air. I dont know the laws but I say fight him for it since he refused the insurances help on the bills and make him pay for a lawyer. Its worth a shot. My 2 ladies and dads 350z wishing it was as sexy as my girls :)
