When done tearing down a motor, are the stock used camshafts, pistons, rods, hydraulic lifters (no noise came from them), valves, springs worth anything if the motor was a healthy running motor before hand? reason I ask is cause I just got done tearing my motor down, and I have all of these parts just laying here. Or are they just pretty paper weights? Thanks,
