Subject	Boost question??

Message	Just got my 91 TT running again after having the heads rebuilt. For some reason when i have the car in park and rev it it doesnt build boost. But as soon as i put it in drive an take it for a spin it boost's up fine. Since this is my first tt i was wondering if this is suppose to happen or could this be a problem?
