Message	Ok i work for a company who has a project manager, then two managers then me. Well the project mananger is my father. since he is most of the other works dislike me due to my relationship to him and they think i get away with everything wheni actually work 2x as much as them. honestly. but on to the problem. Now i am only 20 and have no idea how to fix this... my boss above me is always on my back trying to get me in trouble and always blaming me for everything. I have gone to my father since he is the p.m. and he cant do anything due to our relationship. So i ask what can i do? I have told him off twice so far and that only makes it worse ( makes me feel good though). I need a way to get him off my back without to much hassle on my part.
