| you can find a mint << 70K nonturbo for 10.5 no problem. That is a better bet as far as availability. Not so much a turbo. There are less out there and the nice ones are not generally let go of. I waited more than a year to find my 1994 35K turbo for 15K and I haven't seen anything that good since. it was literally flawless paint, garaged, etc, but I replaced the injectors as soon as I got it along with an expensive array of parts. There is a 36K mile 1996 TT on autotrader for 16 grand and a 20K 1994 TT w/ 30K miles, best deals out there now AFAIK. Think 2K+ in addition to purchase price for anything you buy just based on how old it is even if it is low mileage. FE Ive spent 6K on my TT in addition to purchase price, but it is totally reliable now @ stage 3 for the forseable future.
