Message I had it on my NA back in the day.

looks like it would perform about as well as B&B. I like the sound a lot. not to loud most of the time, but sounded great when on the gas. on an NA it has a completely unnacceptable drone level. (2700ish RPM's is simply uncruiseable) as well as not being as deep as B&B or sz. anyone have it on a TT and care to comment on the drone?

I personally disliked, and still do, the muffler style and was a bit peeved when i ordered quad tip exhaust and got single exit mufflers with a y pipe exhaust tip. lol. the bullnose is really the only option here.

All in all, its good, but i just think there is always a better option then it.

A bit more on the subject.

Life with SZ... I like the SZ a lot but it really is kind of loud. I have the 2.5" resonated X pipe. It does sound like absolute sex when you are looking to hear it, but no matter what you do you are making quite a bit of noise, which i find annoying.

Exhaust Ive owned:
greddy SP I -awesome

Stillen - okish, but not really the best at anything or a compelling choice really. really dont dig the looks, the drone, andthe quad tips is silly.

HKS Turbo - nice but almost too quiet on a TT.

Apexi super megaphone - This started out too quiet and by the time it had turned to complete swiss cheese (multiple holes bigger then a golf ball in piping) it sounded very nice and was still MUCH quieter the my new SZ. seriously. holes in the pipes bigger then golf balls and still quieter then SZ.

Specialty Z. sounds incredible. REally have to hear it to believe how sick it sounds. On the other hand, for the neighbors sake, i really wish i could pull up to my parking spot a bit more quietly at 2am. I live in NYC, not the quiet country, and i still think im probably annoying people.

If I were to buy a new exhaust the only two options I would consider are specialty Z 3" for performance and awesome WOT sound, or Greddy SP2 for incredible looks, great sound while still having the ability to avoid being obnoxious, and decent performance, with full stainless construction and a low price.
