Message	Your goals are easily attainable with stock turbos. Another significant factor is your budget. Honestly though id go for ECU, larger intercoolers and GD 3in DP's with stock turbos. That should take you to your goals (possibly beyond) with some very quick spool. From what i understand, cams arent worth it with out porting, and very large turbos.
