What's even better is that your car (and robo's car) was damaged doing something that it was meant to do, driving. You were having fun with it, and that's what really matters. Tearing something up while tracking, autocrossing or just driving spiritedly on the street is just the price you sometimes have to pay, but it's worth the risk rather than just avoiding those kinds of situations out of paranoia. Too many owners with beautiful cars let the fear of breaking something stand in the way of just relaxing and enjoying the performance of the car. Cars were meant to be driven, blah blah blah :)
