Message	On the US spec cars the "outer" bulbs light up when the lights are on, in the canadian spec the inside comes on for a driving light, and when you turn on the lights it switches to the outter lights. So meaning when looking at the pic it lookes cross eyed cause it looks like someone looking at their nose.
