Basically, I paid him with Paypal and asked him to ship the parts (four injectors) as soon as possible as they were needed to get my car back on the road. He said he'd have to wait three business days to make sure my payment was legitimate. I said "Paypal funds transfers are instant when withdrawing from a Paypal account, but either way is fine." Five days later, he said he shipped them. I waited a week and they didn't show. He then said they were returned due to complications with mailing. I then asked for overnight shipping and he quoted me $17 extra for UPS overnight. A week later, I still hadn't seen them. I asked for a tracking number, but he never would give me a number; he simply said "I assure you the injectors are on their way." About two weeks later, there was still no sign of them so I opened a dispute with him on Paypal; they reviewed the case and decided in my favor but as of the posting of this message, have not recovered any funds from his account. He's removed all of his funds from his Paypal account in hopes of not being forced to issue a refund.
