he was driving to his condo and it started to rain bad I believe it was in 2001 and there is a street close to his house that had a puddle that he thought was shallow, and when he drove through it, it was deeper than he anticipated. He made it through the " puddle" but he made the mistake of trying to restart the car right after. I don't know if that would be considered a flood car as it just went through water and not sat in it. the pass side wooden floor board has no water stains at all.
