Here are some pictures of my current project that i never work on. I bought this car from my Uncle for 500 which is a pretty good price I think. The body is straight with a couple of dings, nothing a paintless dent remover can get out. The paint is in pretty good condition 9/10 only because theres a little scratch on the rear driver side bumper. But a friend who the manager for POWER collision ( Largest car dealership in the world ) told me they can fix it for me for free.
I got the car complete with a hydro-locked engine. As I started bagging and tagging items I took of the car, Intercoolers still had water in them from when he hydro locked it in 2001. WOW. Drained the oil Antifreeze comes out. So know i have the engine out and the engine bay cleaned up, What shold i do with the engine bay? The wire harness is complete with the injector coil number still on. so i dont need a wire harness.
I have a used low low mileage engine from a fellow member who had the 60k done by specialtyz before crashing on his was home from there shop. He ran the engine for about 45 mins before he pulled it out, so i know its good and the where no boost or oil leaks. Im gonna pretty much leave it how i got it but im going to get the wheels Re-chromed as my uncle told me that the dealership did not have the chrome wheels availible when he purchased the car so they where chromed at some chroming place, and the chrome is starring to pit a little. Add a set of downpipes and do the water bypass. IS there anything else i should do before i put the engine back in?OK onto the pictures
