| #2 is real hit or miss, but can save you some $ in the long run #1 is a sure thing approach but may end up with you shelling out more $ if you plan to mod to any extent (and honestly who wouldn't?) I don't see the point in being dead set on a bone stock car unless you are going to buy an uber-low mileage one, uber-low as in <15-20k
