Message	Choice 2 if the mods happen to be those I'd choose to do and if they were installed by a reputable shop. I don't think I'd ever go for Choice 3. Your last two questions contain too many "what ifs" for me to answer. You don't have to live in a bubble just because someone else caught the flu.
