Message The Z doesn't have the problem of the wastegate swinging open at high rpm. It just really runs out of steam after 18-19psi. Air becomes way too hot and the turbocharger itself overheats and starts going into thrust failure at about 20-22psi. Also that actuator is for the T25 on the Eclipse, different measure on brackets, length of actuator rod etc etc. And just to clear it up about the stock turbos and what they are..here is the real info on them, seen alot of questions here on that:

Compressor wheel T25 - don't remember the exact trim
Turbine wheel T22 - NOT T25(Full T25 is a JWT Sport 500)
Compressor housing T2 A/R .48
Turbine Housing T2 A/R .63 and .54 on auto TTs

So your stock turbos are T25 in front and T22 in back or T25/T22 or T22/T25 how ever you like to say it LOL Everyone says it differently. Buts it NOT full T25.

Hope this clears things up, take care.
